## How to Return

Email us at support9sj@gmail.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and a prepaid label within 1 business day.

## Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item back. You'll get a confirmation email when it's done.

## Conditions

- Returns accepted within 100 days of delivery
- Normal cooking use is completely fine — we don't expect a pristine pan
- Original packaging not required

## Damaged or Defective Items

If your pan arrives damaged, email us a photo immediately. We'll ship a replacement at no charge, no return needed.
